Antique Pool and Billiard Tables
Marschak
Three Generations of Quality Antiques
Our History
Louis Marschak's Antiques, since 1978, is a third-generation business of quality antiques. Grandfather Louis Marschak started the business on Randolph Street in Chicago in 1924. Having passed through the Great Depression, he built a name for himself that carries on today as I proudly continue the restoration of fine antique pool tables in the proud tradition that carries the family name - Marschak. Today the business is smaller, as I personally do all the restoration myself. Please call with any questions, Lou Marschak.

Tables
Antique
pool tables are one of the fastest growing collectibles. Therefore, you want a
quality antique pool table that will appreciate in value as well as offer you
the enjoyment of play. In an ideal world, the best antique pool table is the
model you want that is still in brand-new condition.. There is nothing like a good original,
when I look for antique pool tables I look for tables that require the minimal amount of restoration, I am fanatical about using the correct matching woods, and when I put the cloth and cushions on I use the best material available in the world. This assures you the best collectible table, not a reproduction.
Accessories
To accompany your antique pool table I have a large selection of wall-hanging antique cue and ball racks. These will enhance the appearance of your game room and offer you another valuable collectible. I can try to match your table with a rack from the same period. Please inquire.
